To take our journey to the next level, we are currently seeking a customer-centric, energetic, and highly motivated Logistics Supervisor to join our Logistics Function in Oslo.

Role Summary:

The DC Coordinator supports the daily operations of the Distribution Center by ensuring efficient workflows and strong process compliance. Acting as a key link between operations and management, the role combines hands-on production work with coordination responsibilities, including coaching employees, supporting the District Leader, and handling administrative follow-ups to ensure smooth and effective operations.

📌 Key responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on process compliance

• Contribute to developing and ensuring efficient ways of working in production, including involving employees and capturing improvement suggestions

• Coordinate reporting and handling of deviations in collaboration with the District Leader

• Manage facility-related issue reporting

• Contribute to a safe and positive work environment and high employee engagement

• Support the District Leader in onboarding new employees

• Coordinate operational collaboration with local distribution partners and their drivers

• Support the District Leader in planning and assigning routes to local distribution partners based on business needs

• Together with the District Leader, follow up on and evaluate the collaboration with local distribution partners

• Experience working in warehouse and logistics environments
