To take our journey to the next level, we are currently seeking a customer-centric, energetic, and highly motivated Logistics Supervisor to join our Logistics Function in Oslo.

Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Supervisor to join our team in Oslo. The successful candidate will oversee daily transportation activities, coordinate with drivers and partners, and ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
📌 Responsibilities and Objectives
Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations including scheduling, routing, and dispatching.
Monitor operations to ensure high delivery quality and reliability.
Communicate with drivers, partners, warehouse and dispatch teams to resolve issues or delays.
Maintain accurate records and ensure internal systems are up to date
Analyze performance data and proactively identify improvement opportunities
Collaborate with the customer service team in Stockholm to ensure high service quality.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Work on projects related to continuous improvements in operations.
Travel to the customers’ warehouses is expected as per needs from time to time.
Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned and in accordance with ongoing business needs.
Conducts inspections and follow up on deviations as well as drivers performance.
🔍 We are looking for someone with
Proven previous experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Fluency in Norwegian and English (spoken and written)
Understanding of logistics apps and tools. Willingness to learn new software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Flexibility to work Variable Shift Structure : Morning / Evening / Weekend, as well as adapting to changing priorities and demands
