To take our journey to the next level, we are currently seeking a customer-centric, energetic, and highly motivated Logistics Supervisor to join our Logistics Function in Oslo.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Supervisor to join our team in Oslo. The successful candidate will oversee daily transportation activities, coordinate with drivers and partners, and ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

📌 Responsibilities and Objectives

• Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations including scheduling, routing, and dispatching.

• Monitor operations to ensure high delivery quality and reliability.

• Communicate with drivers, partners, warehouse and dispatch teams to resolve issues or delays.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure internal systems are up to date

• Analyze performance data and proactively identify improvement opportunities

• Collaborate with the customer service team in Stockholm to ensure high service quality.

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Work on projects related to continuous improvements in operations.

• Travel to the customers’ warehouses is expected as per needs from time to time.

• Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned and in accordance with ongoing business needs.

• Conducts inspections and follow up on deviations as well as drivers performance.

🔍 We are looking for someone with

• Proven previous experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Fluency in Norwegian and English (spoken and written)

• Understanding of logistics apps and tools. Willingness to learn new software.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Flexibility to work Variable Shift Structure : Morning / Evening / Weekend, as well as adapting to changing priorities and demands
