About the role 📍
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Oslo. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Operations Leader Norway, developing a sustainable workflow that ensures long-term success for Gordon in Norway. The successful candidate will oversee daily transportation activities, coordinate with drivers and partners, and ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities and Objectives 🚚
- Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations including scheduling, routing, and dispatching.
- Monitor operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Communicate with drivers, partners, warehouse and dispatch team to resolve issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and update internal systems.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the customer service team in Stockholm to ensure high service quality.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Proven previous experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Norwegian is a plus).
- Understanding of logistics apps and tools. Willingness to learn new software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
- Flexibility to work Variable Shift Structure : Morning / Evening / Weekend.
