To take our journey to the next level, we are now looking for a passionate and strategic Senior Logistics Developer to join our team in Stockholm. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping the future of e-commerce logistics at Gordon, contributing to our transformative vision and driving profitable growth through innovation and operational excellence.

In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing Gordon's logistics capabilities to support our ambitious growth trajectory. Combining business development, strategic planning, and project leadership, you will focus on optimising logistics processes, enhancing profitability, and delivering top-tier service to our customers.

Success in this role requires strong leadership in project management, a comprehensive understanding of the logistics sector, and the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities. Critical factors include strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to drive process improvements while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. We are looking for a consultative, solutions-oriented professional who can quickly understand Gordon's strategic goals and the evolving needs of the industries we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and capitalise on new business opportunities that align with Gordon's growth strategy within the logistics sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, to develop business cases and proposals for expanding or enhancing logistics services.
• Continuously analyse current logistics operations to identify inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and drive innovation and cost efficiency.
• Identify process enhancements that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Lead and manage complex logistics projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and oversee detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, milestones, and financial management.
• Ensure alignment between logistics activities and quality assurance protocols, ensuring all operations meet industry standards and internal policies.

We are looking for someone with

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in supply chain, business development, project management, or data analysis, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact logistics solutions.
• Preferably background in quality assurance, including implementing and managing quality processes within a logistics environment.
• Expertise in leading cross-functional initiatives, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and drive results.
• Experience in start-ups or eCommerce companies is a strong plus.
• Preferred experience in logistics for industries such as food or pharmaceuticals.
• Preferably 1-2 years of management consultant experience.
