To take our journey to the next level, we are now looking for a passionate and strategic Logistics Developer to join us in Stockholm. The right candidate will be pivotal in shaping the future of e-commerce logistics with Gordon, taking part in our transformative journey and seizing opportunities to drive profitable growth.

As a Logistics developer, you will play a key role in advancing Gordon’s logistics to support our ambitious growth plans. This role combines business development and project management to enhance logistics processes, improve profitability, and deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Success in this role depends on excellent project management skills, a deep understanding of logistics, and the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities. Key factors include effective planning, proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and maintaining high-quality standards while adapting to changes and driving innovation. We seek individuals with a consultative mindset who can quickly grasp both Gordon’s goals and the industries we serve.

Responsibilities & Objectives:

• Implement new business opportunities in the logistics sector that align with Gordon’s growth strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and business cases for expanding or enhancing logistics services according to the set growth plan.
• Implement initiatives to solve inefficiencies of current logistics operations
• Implement process enhancements that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Lead and manage logistics projects and initiatives from start to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Assist on implementing quality assurance protocols to ensure all logistics activities meet industry standards and company policies.
• Assist in company and Logistics function’s activities and projects.

We are looking for someone with

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management,
  Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in supply chain, business development, project management, and data analysis.
• Preferably background in quality assurance, including implementing and managing quality processes in a logistics environment.
• Expertise in planning, executing, and closing logistics projects on time
  
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional activities and drive collaborative efforts
  
• Preferably experience within start-ups and eCommerce companies
  
• Preferably experience within the food or he pharmaceutical industry
