To take our journey to the next level, we are currently seeking a customer-centric, analytical and highly motivated Logistics Developer to join our Logistics Function in Stockholm.

About the role 🚀
As a Logistics Developer, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence, cost efficiency and enabling commercial growth across Gordon’s logistics network. This is a highly cross-functional role where strategy meets hands-on execution, with a strong focus on building scalable logistics solutions that support business expansion and long-term profitability.
You will lead and execute logistics initiatives in close collaboration with Sales, Tech and the broader Logistics organization, ensuring alignment with business priorities while continuously adapting to evolving operational needs.
The role combines strong analytical skills, project management and operational development, where your focus will be on improving workflows, enabling scalability and enhancing service quality across the business.

Responsibilities and Objectives 🎯
Drive and implement logistics solutions that enable commercial growth and improve cost efficiency
Translate business plans into operational logistics enablers, ensuring scalability and profitability through design, development and implementation
Lead logistics projects from planning through implementation, ensuring clear business impact and cross-functional alignment
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to continuously improve operational workflows and delivery performance
Ensure cost-effective logistics solutions by balancing volume, frequency and infrastructure capacity
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process development across Gordon’s logistics network
Enable successful change management and adoption of new logistics solutions by working closely with managers and stakeholders
Act as a change enabler by facilitating collaboration, alignment and implementation across teams and stakeholders
Serve as a culture ambassador and role model within the organization, promoting Gordon’s values, culture and ways of working
We are looking for someone with 🔍
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field
+4 years of experience within logistics, operations, business development or related areas
Proven experience within project management and cross-functional execution
Strong commercial understanding with experience supporting business growth through operational development
Advanced analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
Experience working with process development and continuous improvement
Professional proficiency in both Swedish and English
