To take our journey to the next level, we are now looking for a technically skilled, service-minded and solution-oriented Platform & IT Support Specialist to join our team in Stockholm.
The right candidate will play a key role in keeping our internal IT running smoothly and ensuring that our customers receive world-class technical support for our platform. About the role
As a Platform & IT Support Specialist, you will work at the intersection of internal IT support and technical customer support. You will ensure that our employees have the tools they need to work efficiently – and that our customers can use our digital platform smoothly and successfully.
You will act as a first point of contact for technical issues, support integration and troubleshooting, and proactively help identify ways to improve the user experience for both internal and external users.
Responsibilities and Objectives
Customer Support
- Manage support requests from customers related to our proprietary platform.
- Respond to inquiries about account registration, user management, and system settings.
- Assist customers using our APIs and plugins with integration-related queries, checkout settings and troubleshooting.
- Proactively identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- Act as a liaison between the development team and other internal stakeholders.
- Create and update documentation and guides for internal and external users.
- Support the development team by identifying and reporting platform bugs.
- Help customers understand and utilize our services effectively.
- Continuously find ways to improve the user experience by reducing friction and enhancing self-service resources.
Internal IT Support
- Manage IT security matters, including password management, security protocols, and access controls.
- Handle procurement and inventory of computers, mobile phones and other IT equipment.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees, including equipment setup and retrieval.
- Conduct IT onboarding sessions and create user guides for common processes.
- Administer user permissions and access to systems (email, Google Drive, internal tools, etc.).
- Provide support for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and maintain hardware used in our warehouses across Sweden/Nordics together with the Logistics team.
- Administer and optimize licences for tools such as Google Workspace, Slack and other internal systems.
- Establish routines to identify, resolve and escalate IT-related issues efficiently.
We are looking for someone with
- Experience in IT support, helpdesk or technical support.
- Basic understanding of networking, hardware and software installation.
- Experience working with user management and access controls.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in customer support and explaining technical concepts in a clear, user-friendly way.
- A background in API integrations and system troubleshooting is a plus.
