To take our journey to the next level, we are now looking for a service-minded and professional Payroll- and HR Coordinator to join us in Stockholm. The right candidate will be joining a customer-focused company with a strong culture emphasis.

As a Payroll and HR Coordinator at Gordon, you will play a key role within our Finance team while collaborating closely with our Chief People Officer to drive the People Strategy forward on our journey shaping the future of e-commerce. This role combines end-to-end payroll responsibility with the development and compliance of essential HR processes.

Success in this role depends on a proactive approach and a strong foundation in payroll processes and knowledge of HR practices. Key factors include the ability to communicate clearly, collaborate across departments, and streamline processes for efficiency. We seek someone with a consultative mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Responsibilities & Objectives:

• Manage and oversee all steps of the Payroll process, including collaboration with external payroll suppliers when applicable, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide consultative support on Payroll and HR matters, offering clear guidance and answers.
• Ensure employee insurance processes align with relevant regulations, rules, and CBAs.
• Develop guidelines and training materials within the area of responsibilities.
• Create and conduct introduction and training for managers within the area of responsibilities.
• Participate in projects that streamline payroll and HR processes, enhancing compliance and efficiency.
• Work with the finance team to optimise processes and ways of working to contribute to the overall success of the department.
• Act as an ambassador of Gordon's Culture fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

We are looking for someone with

• Higher education in HR, economics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration and HR support.
• Experience with payroll and HR systems.
• Solid understanding of payroll processes, calculations, and taxes, with a preference for experience in labour law and collective agreements.
