To take our journey to the next level, we are now looking for a passionate Solutions Sales Executive to join us in Stockholm.
The right candidate will not only be part of this transformative journey but will also be given great opportunities to shape the future of e-commerce logistics.
As a strategically oriented Solutions Sales Executive at Gordon you will be focusing on growth and development of business strategies for the category of small and medium-sized customers in the Nordic region, primarily within E-commerce with food. You will be the key person in further developing and implementing our new end-to-end offering for long-term partnerships and thereby maximizing revenue from this customer category.
Responsibilities and objectives
- Grow the business in the strategic focus segments through active sales efforts, high market presence and efficient processes.
- Design and implement business strategies for profitable growth.
- Create and manage strong customer relationships with a focus on long-term cooperation potential and profitability.
- Together with the CCO, develop and package our full offering for long-term customer relationships, including pricing, contract structures and value-added services.
- Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth implementation of new offers and solutions.
- Analysing market trends and competitive situations to identify new business opportunities and guide the strategic direction of the company.
We are looking for someone who has
- Strong understanding of business principles and ability to translate customer needs into business opportunities.
- Proven success in creating and developing long-term customer relationships and driving sales growth, preferably in complex service sales.
- Analytical skills, data-driven approach and experience in building business cases for profitable deals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Academic degree in economics, business or similar is a plus.
